Alief Montessori Community School offers state funded programs for children 3 to 15 years of age. For primary children these programs are divided into half-day or full-day classes. Pre-K classes are state funded only for half-day. AMCS provides an inexpensive afternoon Pre-K program as well as before and after school care options. The elementary and adolescent programs are full day. The Elementary Program is 1st through 5th grade and the Adolescent Program is 6th through 8th grade. Alief Montessori participates in the federal free and reduced-price lunch program.
